As AGS certified appraisers, our digital appraisals meet the requirements of insurance companies, courts, banks, trust and personal needs. Please contact our appraisers for rates and schedules.
Only Kimball’s offers 24kt customer service, with on-site, complimentary cleaning and inspection with any piece of jewelry, regardless of where the piece was purchased.
On most occasions, cleaning can be done the same day.

- Thirty-day exchange/refund for unaltered/unworn merchandise. *Once a warranty card is filled out, a piece is considered pre-owned and cannot be returned.
- One-year warranty on any purchase, covering any manufacturing defect.
- Additional one-year warranty on all Rolex timepieces beyond manufacturer’s two-year warranty, for a total of three years.
- Six-month warranty on all repairs.
